The Planetary Health Education Action Group is dedicated to supporting educators around the world in teaching Planetary Health. To advance this mission, the education subgroup is piloting a webinar to better understand the needs and priorities of both current and prospective Planetary Health educators.
The webinar is a welcoming, introductory session for educators from any discipline, setting, or stage of education to learn what Planetary Health is and explore how to begin teaching it. The webinar will also serve as a somewhat informal needs assessment to better understand what educators need from us—whether it’s resources, guidance, or community, to effectively integrate Planetary Health into your teaching. Join us in spreading awareness of Planetary Health and support a growing movement that recognizes the deep interconnections between environmental change and human health.
