On 5 November 2026, from 13.30 pm to 15.30 pm (CET), UNESCO, in collaboration with the Permanent Delegations of Ireland and Mexico, is organising a dialogue on the protection, mental health and well-being of learners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entitled \u2018For the protection and well-being of every learner: from promise to reality<\/em>\u2019, this meeting will provide an opportunity to share Member States\u2019 experiences and explore policies and actions to prevent violence and bullying in educational settings, support mental health and promote safe, inclusive learning environments that foster the well-being of all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organised in a hybrid format, this event will also highlight UNESCO\u2019s role in supporting education systems on these issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date<\/strong>: Thursday 5 November 2026, from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm (Paris time)
Format<\/strong>: Hybrid \u2013 UNESCO Headquarters, Paris (Room IX), and online
Languages<\/strong>: French, English and Spanish, with simultaneous interpretation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As in-person attendance is reserved primarily for Permanent Delegations, other participants are invited to follow the proceedings online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
