SUMMARY:4th IAAH MENA region adolescents' health conference - UNESCO Chair speaking
DESCRIPTION:The 4th IAAH MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region adolescents’ health conference will be held in-person December 1st – 3rd\, 2021 in Hurghada\, Egypt. \nThe main theme of the regional conference is: “Adolescents’ care; leaving no one behind”. The conference aims at breaking the silence around the unmet needs of the large and increasing cluster of disadvantaged adolescents in the Middle East and North Africa Region suffering from chronic illness or disabilities; being an ethnic minority or living in a low socioeconomic environment or displaced due to political violence. It would also emphasize that investing in adolescents’ health\, development and well-being in general\, is the most cost-effective investment a nation can make for the future. \nAbstracts from young researchers (under 30 yrs) can still be submitted.
