DESCRIPTION:This webinar “Lecciones y Desafíos de la Promoción de la Salud Escolar en América Latina” (School Health Promotion in Latin America: Lessons Learned) will be held in Spanish. \nSpeakers are Blanca Patricia Mantilla Uribe from the Institute Proinapsa of the Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia and Karina Cimmino of FLACSO Argentina. The experts will explore the following questions: \n\nWhat has been the contribution of School Health Promotion in promoting development and equity in health for children and adolescents in Latin America?\nWhat have been the advances\, the distinctive/potential components and the contribution of the networks on school health promotion in Latin America?\nWhat political paths\, programmatic actions and other opportunities should shape the future agenda of the Latin American School Health Promotion Movement?\n\nThis webinar is organised by the UNESCO Chair and WHO Collaborating Center Global Health & Education in collaboration with the University of Puerto Rico\, Institute Proinapsa of the Universidad Industrial de Santander and FLACSO Argentina. \n  \nEste webinar “Lecciones y Desafíos de la Promoción de la Salud Escolar en América Latina” (School Health Promotion in Latin America: Lessons Learned) se celebrará en español. \nLos oradores son Blanca Patricia Mantilla Uribe del Instituto Proinapsa de la Universidad Industrial de Santander en Colombia y Karina Cimmino de FLACSO Argentina. \nLos oradores explorarán las siguientes cuestiones: \n\n¿Cuál ha sido el aporte de la Promoción de la Salud Escolar en la promoción del desarrollo y la equidad en salud de la niñez y adolescencia en América Latina?\n¿Cuáles han sido los avances\, los componentes distintivos / potenciales y el aporte de las redes en el trabajo del Movimiento de Promoción de la Salud Escolar en América Latina?\n¿Qué caminos políticos\, acciones programáticas y otras oportunidades deberían dar forma a la agenda futura del Movimiento Latinoamericano de Promoción de la Salud Escolar?\n\nEste webinario está organizado por la Cátedra UNESCO y el Centro Colaborador OMS Educación y Salud en colaboración con la Universidad de Puerto Rico\, la Universidad Industrial de Santander\, FLACSO Argentina y con el apoyo de Emerald Publishing.
